New lettings at Bracknell shopping centre
Three new tenants have agreed to open at Bracknell retail and leisure destination The Lexicon.Restaurant chain Bill’s, Patisserie Valerie and beauty retailer L’Occitane will be coming to the town centre when it opens in September 2017.Patisserie Valerie will move into a 600 sq ft shop at the entrance to the new Avenue car park in between the Fenwick and M&S stores; Bill’s will be taking 4,000 sq ft on Braccan Walk and L’Occitane will be taking a 900 sq ft store on The Avenue.In addition, Ernest Jones has committed to 2,260 sq ft store, substantially increasing its floor space in the town centre.
