Step forward for £460m Victoria square scheme
A number of Woking Shopping retailers are set to relocate in a move to facilitate the new Victoria Square development in Woking, Surrey.The relocations are designed to deliver vacant possession of the units required to be demolished for the £460m town centre development to go ahead. Health and beauty retailer Boots is moving to a recently renovated 8,000 sq ft site in Bandstand mall within the Peacocks.Bayfield’s Opticians has moved from 17 to 35 Commercial Way, taking an approximately 2,000 sq ft unit.
