PS500

The PS500 is an industry leading 5 Gas Leak Detector, developed and manufactured by GMI Ltd.

The PS500 can be tailored to detect up to five gases with its toxic and catalytic sensors, Photo Ionisation Detectors (PID) and Infrared (IR) capabilities.

Featuring a very loud (95dBA) penetrating and distinctive audible alarm, as well as a high visibility large area visual alarm, the PS500 is particularly useful in noisy environments.

Pump, diffusion or both together, allowing pumped sample for pre-entry checking and diffusion in confined space working, thus maximising battery life. This monitor has a robust, moulded, rubberised casing guaranteeing Hi-Impact resistance, meaning the PS500 can be used in the most demanding environments.

“Plug and Play”

The “Plug and Play” option allows the customer to ‘plug in’ over 15 smart sensor boards with different varieties of gas sensors on them. This means that depending on the application you need; you can interchange the boards to meet your specific requirements, each and every time you need to.

Data Logging

This monitor comes with Data Logging as a standard feature. With a memory capacity up to about a year, the PS500 can record everything, including when the monitor goes into alarm, through the session log feature. To add to this, you can also tailor each session to meet the requirements of each individual – due to being able to log readings whenever you like.
