Time lapse of construction of new cinema

A temporary cinema was constructed at Victoria Embankment Gardens to celebrate the 60th BFI London Film Festival.

A minute long time lapse video shows the construction of the 780 people capacity venue that was built specially for the Festival that was held between 6th and 16th October.

The cinema included Dolby® 7.1 surround sound and 4k digital projection and came fully furnished with authentic cinema-style seats; wheelchair access and provision for Audio Description, an induction loop and other Access-supported screenings.
