Kenzie Group expand into new London offices
Staffordshire born construction claims consultants Kenzie Group Limited have recently opened prestigious new offices within The Royal Exchange in Bank, London in order to service increased demand in London and the South West.
With an increase in both the number and value of construction and engineering projects comes an increase in disputes and according to a report published by Barbour ABI (The Outlook of Construction for London by Michael Dall, Lead Economist for Barbour ABI) on 6th February 2015, this is certainly the case.
Growth in the construction industry is being led by residential and commercial projects in London and the South West with a combined output value of £46,000 million. The pipeline in London remains strong and continued growth is forecast for the rest of 2015, with an estimated growth of 4.2% in 2016, 3.4% in 2017 and 3.9% in 2018.
