The rollout of these procedures has been instrumental in enabling the Company to continue to operate successfully through the identification and management of risks and opportunities as well as being able to substantiate their entitlement through the preparation of sufficient records, whether in terms of time or cost, and ensuring that they obtain their proper contractual entitlement, thereby maximising their profitability.
