Teesside PCT (Health Authority) temporary health centre
Procomm secured the contract to supply 54 bays of CTX modules to form a health centre, while the original was being demolished and re-built. Working closely with the main contractor, building control, the architect and the client the building was designed and installed to a strict deadline.
The building over two floors comprised of:
- Waiting Room and Receptions
- 9 Consulting rooms
- Podiatry, Treatment/ Examination rooms
- Toilets including disabled, Dirty and Clean utilities
- 1st Floor office accommodation
The accommodation included automatic entrance doors, internal staircases & fully fitted kitchen facilities. As part of the contract Procomm supplied, curtain tracks for consulting/treatment/examination rooms, reception counters including roller shutters, panic attack and intruder alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire alarm system and mains connections.
On recommendation from this project we also secured other health centre contracts.
