1 DAY INTRODUCTORY DRONE FLIGHT SCHOOL
In addition to providing you with everything you need to now to master the basics of drone flying, our introductory course is also a lot of fun and a great way to meet and network with other drone enthusiasts! This one day course is designed equip you to operate safely, experience the basics of UAV flight and understand how to keep within the CAA Regulations.
Course includes:
- Introduction to popular UAVs
- Common mistakes made by new pilots
- Introduction to the CAA Regulations applicable to UAV users
- Preparation for flight
- Introduction to flight controls, basic manoeuvres and GPS vs ATTI modes
- Student flight simulator experience (DJI Inspire 1)
- Flight demonstration by CAA qualified pilot (DJI Inspire 1)
- Practical flight appraisal of students using a DJI Phantom Vision Plus
- Certificate of course completion*
*Certification will be graded based on understanding and application of course content during the practical flight appraisal
