With the help of BIM, Creative Designers provide 3D renderings, quantity surveying and material scheduling which can then be integrated with MEP and structural drawings to give a comprehensive design solution for the execution of projects. By preparing a BIM model, Creative Designers can predict construction processes in advance and make key decisions required on site, thus reducing completion time.
This service is only extended towards architectural BIM models. Other services are outsourced to appropriate consultants.
