Naylor have been accredited with Investor in People since 1998 and recent years have seen us reach the higher levels of certification: we obtained Bronze status in 2013 and Silver in 2014. Our 2016 assessment has just taken place and we are thrilled to have become one of the very few businesses to have attained Gold standard.

The standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results. IIP is an internationally recognised accreditation; 11500 companies are accredited across the World however, only 1700 companies hold the Gold standard…make that 1701.
