We were asked to coordinate the design services for a new student accommodation in London. This was a tricking coordination project due the different floor levels for each adjoining building. We had to create typical layouts for each particular accommodation type as these were going to be used to produce pods. We paid particular attention to the riser and toilet pod which all the equipment has been drawn to the specific client’s specification for them to manufacture in the quantity.
