The current contract for Project-management services other than for construction work in Dublin is projected to end on 23/04/2016 and may be available for re-tender.The current contract for Project-management services other than for construction work included the provision of a vendor and process projectmanagement services by a suitably qualified and experienced individual who willbe able to able to manage the implementation of Financial Management SharedServices across 47 in-scope Public Service Bodies (PSBs). Along with expertisein financial management, the individual will have the strong technologicalbackground and practical know-how needed to deliver this major transformationalchange programme involving the rationalisation of 82 financial managementsystems deployed across 47 different Bodies. The FMSSC will be based in amulti-site location, with a single governance structure, a common technologyplatform, single licence agreement with each technology provider, standardisedprocesses and Service Management Agreements with CustomerDepartments/Public Service Bodies. The FMSSC will be located across threecentres in Galway, Killarney and Tullamore. This competition is being conductedby the Office of Government Procurement (“OGP“) on behalf of the ContractingAuthority.
