Hospitality group unveils Lisburn hotel plans
One of the largest hospitality groups in Northern Ireland has revealed plans to build a new £4m hotel in the centre of Lisburn which could create 75 jobs.Beannchor, which is behind the likes of Belfast’s Dirty Onion, has earmarked the former Argos store at Lisburn Square for the new venue.It will take up about 30,000 sq ft of the existing scheme and will include 52 rooms, as well as a ground floor bar and restaurant.The hotel is scheduled to open in summer 2019.Commercial property agencies CBRE and GVA NI are acting on behalf of Lisburn Square as joint letting agents.
