World Cup recyclable stadium

World Cup venues don’t get much more interesting than this!

Qatar has built the first recyclable stadium for the World Cup. A game changing option for events needing huge venues, the 40,000 seat stadium is being constructed using shipping containers and modular steel elements.

Stadium 974, named after the 974 containers needed to build it, has been named a symbol of sustainability by the organisers.
