Developer secures go-ahead for £100m waterside scheme
An AIM-listed brownfield regeneration specialist and housebuilder has secured planning permission for a £100m mixed-use waterside development in Southampton.Inland Homes plans to develop 457 residential units and 64,000 sq ft of commercial space at Chapel Riverside in Southampton.The site has a gross development value (GVA) of £100m and the development is being delivered in a joint venture with Southampton City Council.
