The current contract for architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services in Norwich is projected to end on 19/04/2016 and may be available for re-tender.The current contract for architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services included the provision of a range of consultancy services in support of its affordable housing development programme; which presently is approximately 8 schemes / 120 dwellings per annum. Projects will primarily be newbuild, but redevelopment or rehabilitation of existing dwellings may also be included.The proposed framework agreement is for a maximum period of 4 years, however contracts entered into under the agreement may continue, where appropriate, beyond its duration.
