Multiple locations within the UK. The framework agreement is for the benefit of any NHS, CCG, local authority and any partially funded or fully funded public sector entity to benefit from the Framework without a complicated or expensive procurement cycle. For the purposes of this agreement The NHS Commercial Alliance represents NHS trusts in the East of England, South Central and South East Coast Strategic Health Authorities and is working on behalf of County, Borough and District Councils and other Public Sector Bodies, such as the Fire or Police Services. This framework will also be available to other private organisations acting as managing agents or procuring on behalf of the above public sector or public interest bodies with prior written consent from the funding body. This framework will also be available to any statutory and other successor organisations to any of the foregoing. More details of the specific organisations involved in this opportunity will be outlined in the ITT documents. The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub is working in partnership with Provider Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups to aggregate spend for Clean-room Consumables and Laundering services for pharmacy aseptic units. This tender is for the supply and delivery of these products, key to the award of this contract is the supplier’s ability to provide a flexible, efficient and cost effective service. The Framework is intended to be awarded into Lots. Full information will be provided in the ITT documentation. This Prior Information Notice is published to allow the authority to make the market aware of the forthcoming opportunity and stimulate competition. Interested parties are directed to the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub’s e-tendering portal: where the ITT and additional information will be published in due course.
