Council officially signs seven year partnership with Civica
A seven year partnership agreement between Hull City Council and Civica was officially signed at the end of October. The partnership will see Civica take over the running of the Revenues and Benefits service, which includes the payment of Housing Benefit, collection of Council Tax, Business Rates and Debt. Revenues and Benefits staff will officially commence working for Civica from Monday 2 November. All 213 employees from revenues and benefits and some other related services have been transferred across on protected terms and conditions.
