The following is provided in good faith and is intended only as a preliminary background explanation to the Translink Group’s requirement it does not purport to be all inclusive. Supply of Liquid Fuel 2016-2018 Translink, on behalf of Ulsterbus Limited, Citybus Limited t/a Metro, NI Railways Co Limited and Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company, known as the Group, invites applications through the submission of a PQQ to be selected to tender for the provision of liquid fuels to the Group, for a period of 24 months from 1.4.2016 with an option to extend for a further 24 months on a 12 month basis. Indicative annual volumes for each fuel are:
— ULSD 10 ppm for road use c. 25 m litres pa;
— ULSD 10 ppm for off road use c. 12 m litres pa;
— 28 sec Kerosene (Heating) c. 1 m litres pa.
Bulk deliveries will be required to Group sites across Northern Ireland. It is anticipated that an Invitation to Tender will be issued to successful PQQ applicants no later than 11.12.2015, to be returned no later than 15:00 on 14.12.2016. The Group reserves the right to award the Contract(s) to 1 or more applicants. The Translink Group reserve the right to accept part of any Tender from 1 or any number of Tenderers and may change the contracting strategy at any time.
