The current contract for erection of fencing in Newport is projected to end on 20/05/2016 and may be available for re-tender.The current contract for erection of fencing included external environmental work of fencing, gates, paths, pavings, patios, parking spaces, boundary walls, hard and soft landscaping with delivery of works to properties and surrounding areas owned or managed by Newport City Homes (and others as explained below) so as to meet repair obligations, the Welsh Housing Quality Standard and adopted standards or targets by 2012.
