Major development of 150 new homes in Somerton
A major new housing development in Somerton could see the light of day as early as 2017, according to the developer.David Wilson Homes has obtained outline planning permission to build up to 150 new homes on land on Langport Road o the west of Somerton. The company has yet to file a full application with South Somerset District Council, but it anticipates that it will be able to put the completed properties on sale to potential buyers by next autumn.
