Pygott & Crone to open Cleethorpes branch to build on strong home sales
Booming sales in North East Lincolnshire have led county-based estate agent Pygott & Crone to open a second office in the borough.The company will launch in Cleethorpes in March, having secured premises in St Peter’s Avenue.It will be a 10th branch in all, and comes 11 years after Grimsby was opened, in South St Mary’s Gate. Pygott & Crone also operates from Lincoln, Spalding, Boston, Grantham, Holbeach, Hykeham and Sleaford, where it is headquartered. In all the business employs more than 100 people across its residential and commercial teams.It is also witnessing a surge of interest from southerners keen to see money invested in property go further.
