The successful Respondent will be responsible for:
Supplying the system software and licences for the proposed product;
Cloud Services and ICT infrastructure (if proposed);
Development of the System Requirements Specification;
Configuring the core system to meet the specific requirements;
Data migration (if required) from the existing Case Tracking application to the new PCMS;
Implementation services;
Training services;
Warranty support services; and
Annual support and maintenance of the proposed solution.
