Planning approved for Monmouth
Planning permission for the expansion of a Monmouth-based business has been approved despite concerns from councillors over flooding issues.Siltbuster Ltd, based on Wonastow Road, Monmouth, applied for permission to develop a new 10-acre commercial building with associated car parking to be served direct from the already-approved new access road. This access will also serve an open storage area for kit and equipment to the east and north of the site.The size of the proposed building has been the result of the accommodation requirements of Siltbuster and space requirements for their expanding business allowing for further future growth.
