5. Description: Overview
The awarding authority requires the production of 2,400 workbooks of 350 pages, containing text, some colour illustrations, and some picture images. The workbooks are used by our clients throughout the duration of the training programme delivered by awarding authority, and are mainly made up of Agile Nation 2 ILM Level 2 Work Packs, and some Level 3 Work Packs.
A set of dividers is required for each pack, which will contain the workbook once the course is completed.
We envisage the estimated value of the requirement to be around (but no greater than) £60,000, based on some preliminary enquiries.
Our timeframe is as follows:-
April 2016 to March 2017 – ILM Level 2 is significant, with a handful of Level 3 (which can be printed on demand). Both ILM documents agreed and are in regular use, however, ILM reserves the right to make amendments with a given notice period of 6-12 months. These documents stand at a length of 350 pages.
April 2017 to March 2018 – A portal interface will be introduced, reducing the length of training manuals to a minimum number of pages, as yet to be finalised.
