Dudley MBC regularly purchases Sports equipment for use within their Primary, Secondary, Special Schools and Leisure Centres. The items listed on the pricing schedule of this document represent most commonly purchased commodities over the last 12 month period.
We would advise that there are approximately 110 Schools and 3 Leisure Centres across this arrangement that will use this Contract.
As part of the Governments’ National Procurement Strategy and the Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands (IEWM) Procurement Hub, collaborative working and supporting other authorities now forms part of this Councils’ procurement remit. This contract may be opened up for Regional Collaboration in the future.

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council seeking to establish a framework agreement for use by West Midlands boundary public sector bodies. The successful Contractor is required to take account of sustainable development, e.g. environmental, social and economic impacts of delivery and to actively participate in the protection of the environment. Accordingly contract performance and conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.
Please note that estimated spend figures provided in this notice are based on historical information and cannot be guaranteed under this contract.
Dudley MBC will be utilising its e-procurement portal In-Tend for this procurement exercise. The Tender should be received no later than 4.5.2016 at (noon) 12:00 (noon) and will be available for download until 23:59 hours on 3.6.2016. URL: www.blackcountrybusiness.co.uk
