This is an invitation to tender for the supply of electricity to 4 University of Ulster sites with an aggregated annual usage of approximately 14.5 GWh. Tendering is conditional on holding a current licence to supply electricity in Northern Ireland and having entered into appropriate SEM and Use of System Agreements. Proof of licence will be required. Candidate organisations for Supply Licences may make a tender return however evidence of application of licence to NIAUR will be required within their tender return and actual licence award will be required not later than 21 days prior to contract award or at the pre-award meeting, whichever is earliest. The Terminology ‘Supplier’ in this Invitation to Tender and associated specification shall be taken to mean currently licenced Suppliers and Candidate organisations seeking a supply licence for the region.
