A software application / service to support the delivery of learning to the employees of the Authority, partner organisations and external parties. Learning Management System is used to manage the scheduled booking and attendance of facilitated training and delivery of e-learning. The service includes an e-learning authoring tool available to the whole organisation and a repository of e-learning materials developed in partnership with other Local Authorities that can be accessed via the LMS service with source files available enabling each customer to bespoke a pre-canned course to their own organisation.
