Tenders are invited from firms wishing to be considered as sole provider to the University for the Supply and Delivery of Fresh Fruit and Fresh and Prepared Vegetables to the below venues:
The Great Hall, Queen’s University Belfast, Lanyon Building, University Road, Belfast, BT7 1NN and Riddel Hall, 185 Stranmillis Road, Belfast. BT9 5EE.
It is the University’s preference to award this contract to a single supplier, capable of fulfilling all its requirements. This contract will also facilitate the purchase of ad hoc produce which Accommodation and Hospitality may have at various locations across the University Campus.
The successful applicant will be required to deliver on a daily basis, Monday to Saturday. The contract will initially be for 12 months with the option to extend its duration by a further 4 x 12 month extension periods.
