Developers bid to build up to 55 homes on former MOD land at Old Dalby
A developer wants to build up to 55 homes on former Ministry of Defence land at Queensway, Old Dalby.Family Housing Ltd is seeking outline planning permission to build the properties on two-and-a-half hectares of land to the west of Princes Road.A transport statement prepared on behalf of the developer claims the proposed development would have a ‘negligible impact on the operation of the local highway network’, adding that the site would be accessed through the consented residential development on the adjacent field to the south.
