Funding approved for cyber security centre
GFirst Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has approved £3m in funding from the Gloucestershire Growth Deal for a new Cyber Security Training and Conference Centre.The centre is a joint initiative between the University of Gloucestershire (UoG) and South Gloucestershire and Stroud College (SGSC).The facilities, based at Gloucestershire Science and Technology Park, will support science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) skills development as well as business development and training in Gloucestershire.
