300 homes planned for Weston scheme
Plans to build an additional 300 homes at the Locking Parklands scheme in Weston-super-Mare have been submitted by developer St Modwen.The company has submitted the application for new one, two, three and four bedroom properties following public consultations with councillors and stakeholders.The application site, now known as Land West of Locking Parklands, is part of a £400m mixed-use project which will provide a total of 1,450 homes over 20 years on a 200-acre site.Locking Parklands will also feature facilities including a school, retail units, a library, leisure and 80 acres of landscaped parkland.
