II.2.4) Description of procurement: The event company will work with DCMS and numerous stakeholders to deliver the infrastructure and logistical support necessary to deliver the events, which will take place in outside locations of historic significance. They will be filmed live and broadcast around the world.
The requirement is expected to include the sourcing, management and delivery of infrastructure; delivery of a public ballot; park and ride facility; VIP coach transport; big screen viewing capacity in Ypres Market Square and the Park; security, health and safety, risk assessment, insurance; guest list management; catering; project management; stakeholder management.

The budget for the contract is to be confirmed, but an indicative guideline at this stage is £1,000,000 – £1,500,000.
