Description: The awarding authority seeks to establish a framework agreement in respect of the manufacture, supply and installation of a specialist secure communal entrance doorset package including installation of door entry/access control facilities and including the provision of a comprehensive service/maintenance package for multi occupancy public sector housing and non-housing buildings throughout the Specified Location on a regionalised basis. Suitable applicants will be required, as a minimum, to conform to the following certification requirements; for doorsets-STS202 BR2, LPS1175 SR 2 with PAS 24 being a pre-requisite to conformity, for door entry/access control systems, the recommendations of BSIA. SBD accreditation is also an essential requirement for conformity.
