Developers pitch plan for homes on former Nuneaton golf centre to council
Developers want to ‘putt’ up to 300 homes on a golf centre on the edge of a Nuneaton neighbourhood.A new housing development could be wedged onto the current Plough Hill Golf Centre in Galley Common.Plough Hill LLP has officially applied to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council for the green light for a residential development of up to 300 houses, open space, relocation of existing nursery, access and associated works with demolition of existing buildings at the site in Plough Hill Road.The plans were first unveiled last year, except with slightly more homes, but they have been amended and officially submitted to the Town Hall.
