Watkin Jones cleared for second Chester scheme
Student housing specialist Watkin Jones has received planning consent for a £6.5m development in Chester.Watkin Jones will build accommodation for 77 students on a site in Hunter Street, Chester, that is currently being used as a car parkThe development is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2018. This adds to the 330 student beds already being developed at Tower Wharf in Chester by Watkin Jones for delivery in August 2017. That scheme is worth £18m.
