II.2.4) Description of the procurement:
North Norfolk District Council is seeking to invite tenders for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of the software, services and interfaces for an Environmental Health IT system.
Key objectives:
— To provide a system capable of managing the following functions:
— Food safety inspections
— Private water sampling
— Notice and prosecution cases
— Health and Safety inspections
— Licensing (taxis, premises and clubs, gambling, animal welfare, lotteries, street and house to house collections etc.)
— Complaints/service requests
— Commercial waste contracts
— Contaminated Land
— Private sector housing, including grants
— Anti-Social behaviour
— To enhance functionality in line with modern systems, standards and the Council Business Transformation programme.
— Ability to be accessed remotely and also mobile working solutions.
