The Authority (NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative) is seeking to let a framework agreement to cover the provision of a range of topical negative pressure (TNP) devices and related consumables.
This framework agreement is split in to Lots as follows:
Lot 1 — Large Devices
The purchase and rental of large TNP devices.
Lot 2 — Portable Devices
The purchase and rental of portable TNP devices.
Lot 3 — Single Patient Use Devices
The purchase of single patient use TNP devices.
Lot 4 — Wound Irrigation Systems
The purchase and rental of wound irrigation systems.
Lot 5 — Consumables
The purchase of all consumables relating to Lots 1 — 4.

The approximate gross spend based on information from the sourcing group comprising of a number of NEOCPC member trusts including TNP devices and consumables over last 12 months is GBP 741 954. We do not have a more granular level of information by Lot.
Extrapolated out over a four year framework it gives an approximate spend of circa GBP 3 000 000.
The estimated value of GBP 6 000 000 is an estimated figure and for illustrative purposes based on the wider potential for framework use during the term as it marketed to (amongst others) NOECPC member trusts and the wider NHS.

How to Express Interest in this Tender:
1.
