NIHE To Invest £1.2m In Newry
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive is to invest £1.2million in Newry to carry out improvement works in the Carnagat area.The work in Ardcarne Park will include enhanced pedestrian access, the replacement of street lighting, altering road layouts and construction of new roads to help facilitate increased parking in the area. The provision of galvanised railings and timber fences to gardens, as well as the retrofitting of windows to selected end-of terrace and gable walls will also help improve the homes in the area.
