Fastflow secures £20m contract
Washington-headquartered Fastflow has secured a £20m four-year framework agreement to support housing association Genesis. The business also said the contract could increase in value, as it allows other housing providers to procure the same services without the need for further tendering. The new deal will be carried out by Fastflow’s division DW Support Services (DWSS) and involves the maintenance of existing plant rooms and heating systems and supplying new, combined heat and power gas fired boiler systems, renewable heating and smart metering installations. It serves the entire Genesis property portfolio across the South East of the UK.DWSS was acquired by Fastflow in 2014 and operates from Thame in Oxfordshire. Fastflow said it will significantly boost the group’s turnover, which this year is set to exceed £70m. DWSS will be supported by Luton-based Enerza Solutions, a specialist in modern district heating, metering, control and billing systems.
