Coventry Parkside student scheme approved
Outline plans to transform land on Coventry’s Parkside into almost 220 student flats have been approved.Insider revealed in September 2016 that a planning application for the 16,200 sq ft plot at 33 Parkside had been lodged by O’Connell East Architects on behalf of Coventry Parkside Ltd.The site is opposite Severn Trent’s headquarters and the proposed building will reach up to ten storeys high with 217 studio rooms and retail space. It will lie just 200 metres north of Coventry University Technology Park.The development was approved by planning officers.
