The University is looking to appoint a strategic ‘partner’ media agency who will advise on its advertising strategy in order to help deliver the successful recruitment of high calibre students from around the world and enhance its research profile.The University offers programmes across a range of disciplines at both Undergraduate and Post-Graduate level through its three Faculties and the School of Management. A significant area of activity will be through the School of Management which has a broad portfolio of programmes from undergraduate through MSc and MBA to PhD.Media buying and planning services required would encompass broadcast media, print, outdoor and digital media including national and international coverage. The University will require strategic input and advice from a broad portfolio perspective through to individual programmes and specific countries. There is a critical need to achieve distinctiveness in a crowded and increasingly competitive higher education market, so appropriate choice of media channels and resource allocation are vital to future success.In addition, the University is also seeking to appoint a creative services agency that would execute creative concepts and produce artwork to implement its digital and print advertising. The creative element may or may not be part of a larger agency servicing the media planning and buying requirement.
