Description of options:
The initial requirements are to supply temperature controlled transport boxes as identified by the Welsh National Pathology Transport Project. However, the proposal may also provide a solution for controlled temperature environments for pharmacology, and therefore there may be a requirement for an increased number of temperature controlled transport boxes to be procured in the future to provide business continuity and reliance for Pharmacy Provision in Wales. It is further anticipated that there could be adhoc procurements for vehicles on other Health Boards and Trusts in Wales.
