Plans in for Derbyshire warehouse scheme
A planning application to construct a 261,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at a Derbyshire industrial estate has been submitted.Richardsons Capital and Thorngrove Land & Property are leading the development of the site, known as Nickel 28.The unit will be located at South Normanton Industrial Estate and, if approved, will comprises warehouse space, office accommodation, a large yard, 24 dock loading doors and lorry parking spaces.South Normanton Industrial Estate is already home to XPO Logistics, Alliance Healthcare and Synseal.Cushman & Wakefield and Commercial Property Partners are acting as advising agents for the scheme.
