We also work with a range of partners in the public and private sectors to attract new investment to Scotland and to help create a world-class business environment.Scottish Enterprise wishes to set up a Multi Supplier Framework consisting of 4 – 6 suppliers to provide Due Diligence of the SIFT Fund. It is estimated that the value of this framework will be between GBP204166.00 and GBP291666.00 (excluding VAT).We expect the Call Off framework to run for 3 years from October 2014, with the opportunity to extend it for a further 1 year. Each time an application is received, we will offer the due diligence commission to the consultancy which is the cheapest. If it has the capacity to complete the commission, it will conduct the work.Due diligence assessments need to be of high quality and they need to cover the following review areas: Corporate Strategic Review;Technical Review; Market and Commercialisation Review; Project and State Aid Eligible Costs and Financing Review; Economic and Supply Chain Review; Project Management and Capacity Review; Additionality and Incentive Effect of Aid Review.
