The current contract for Advertising services in Stirling is projected to end on 6/2/2018 and may be available for re-tender.The current contract for Advertising services in Stirling included Media Buying Services related to Commercial Activities, Human Resources/Staff Recruitment and Student Recruitment.Media buying is a separate service from design and creative account which is subject to separate contract.The period of the Framework Agreement is for 3 years from the 1.4.2015 with option to extend by up to 12 month.The estimated value of the contract is 140 000 GBP per year EX VAT so 560 000 GBP EX VAT over 4 years (This 4 years valuation also includes the optional extension period of 12 month).The Marketing Service within the Directorate of Development and External Affairs is responsible for coordinating the buying of all advertising media services across the University on behalf of a range of client groups.Our internal stakeholders include: Student Recruitment, Human Resources, Commercial Services including the newly re-branded Stirling Court Hotel (Formerly Stirling Management Centre), Academic Schools.This tender to be awarded to a single supplier will cover the following Media Buying Services for:Commercial Operations including: Tourism, Business Tourism, Travel Trade, Holiday Lettings, Events Promotion.Human Resources/Staff Recruitment including: Academic Staff, Support Staff (Professional, Administrative, Technical and Manual).Student Recruitment including: Undergraduates, Postgraduates, Short courses, Continuing Professional Development, International/Country specific campaigns.Media buying is a separate service to design and creative account which is subject to a separate contract.The successful supplier must be able to negotiate the best price possible on behalf of the University across all media and develop strong working relationships with university appointed designers and printers.The following media buying services are expected to be covered by the resulting contract:Development of advertising campaigns, based on annually planned activity, targeted mini campaigns and ad-hoc one off placements in Scotland, UK and country specific campaigns across a range of media.Supported by the following; Press newspapers and magazines (including inserts); Directories; On-line general Internet, display banner, paid search and affiliate; Student Recruitment portals and chat rooms Electronic Direct Marketing (EDM); Outdoor including transport; Broadcast including TV, radio, Video on Demand(VOD) and mobile; International; Innovative and creative media placements opportunities not listed above.
