Golf attraction comes to The Brewery Quarter
A new golf attraction is set to open at The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham, with the latest letting completing the first block of the development.Adventure Leisure Golf will bring its brand Mr Mulligan’s Lost World of Golf to the scheme after agreeing a deal on a 20,000 sq ft first floor unit.The attraction is expected to open in summer 2017, creating 25 jobs.Other recent additions include DW Fitness extending its floor space and Faucet Inns signing to bring its Babel brand to the development.The Brewery Quarter currently feature an 11 screen Cineworld IMAX, Prezzo, Nando’s, Hollywood Bowl, Fitness First Platinum Club, luxury screening rooms and the latest addition; microbrewery and pub Brewhouse & Kitchen.A £30m extension set to complete in spring 2017 will comprise more than 100,000 sq ft of retail space, a £6m 104-bedroom Premier Inn hotel and 34 modern town centre apartments.
