Land deal paves way for luxury Sandbach homes
Thorngrove Developments has acquired two plots of land in Sandbach, with plans to turn them into luxury housing schemes.The sites total 1.5 acres and are located on London Road, near Sandbach Station, and off Middlewich Road respectively. They were purchased by Thorngrove from Cheshire East Council for an undisclosed sum.The company has submitted a planning application to construct 14 three, four and five-bedroom properties on the land, which will have price tags of between £250,000 and £650,000.
