Approval for Dunbar housing development
Local planners have given Cala Homes the go ahead for a new housing development in East Lothian.Cala Homes has con sent to build 90 homes on its Beveridge Row site near Belhaven, subject to provision of a permanent vehicular access.The build programme has yet to be confirmed but work could start on site in spring this year with the first homes complete early 2018.The properties will include a mixture of detached family homes, cottage style apartments and terraced units – 23 of which will be affordable.
