4. Description: The Ministry of Defence (MOD) were inviting bids for Cell Site Analysis Suite (CSAS) Annual Licence Renewals and the laptops and support needed to run this software.
MOD may be referred to as the ”Authority” hereafter.
The Authority required the following items:
Two (2) laptops to include a one (1) year maintenance:
The maintenance contract should include as a minimum:
Next day on site, and;
‘Retain hard drive’ cover.
Two (2) CSAS desktop software renewals for a twelve (12) month period:
The Authority required a standard level of support and;
One (1) day installation, configuration and on-site training for two (2) individuals within the Authority.
Upon configuration by the installers, the remainder of the day is to be spent training two (2) individuals from the MOD in the software’s use and functionality.
